- Answer From going to their stores and asking that same question, I've always gotten a yes. However, 3 out of 4 times i've gone to the stores, the employees have told me they are improperly trained to deal with certain aspects of the merger. Thats why I just did it on BestBuy.com and picked up the new phone at a Best Buy

- Answer It is only a little bit thicker than my S9+ about the same width-my hand fits the same and about a third of an inch taller. it is much bigger, and heavier in a case-buy the most protection I got a "military grade protection" case from Spigen for $15

- Answer Inquire with store about the sprint trade in not the bestbuy trade in. I believe it's 500 for the phone. They will even take a broken phone
