- Answer I just ordered mine from Samsung directly with Verizon service and the Delivery date is set for March 2. I know the 128 and 256 are available sooner.

- Answer According to theverge.com none of the galaxy s 21 series are capable of holding an SD card. The s20 was the last s series to have that capability. Tried the Samsung website and couldn't locate any information regarding the SD card for the s21 series.
