• A:Answer If it is unlocked it will work anywhere on any carrier. I travel to Panama every year and i just pul out my sim card from the states and use one of there carriers. Very easy to do.

• A:Answer You cannot get it *with* a stylus, but you can get a stylus for it. It is fully S-Pen compatible (it can do all the silly tricks), but it dopes not have the little storage space, so I don't quite know how well I will keep up with it myself. That was kind of an important function point to me. Addendum: I just checked on the S-Pen and saw a case that also has storage for it. Not sure it will hold up to my use (just soft silicone), but it dopes solve the one issue.
