    • Answer Activate now should just allow you to get a Sim shipped with the phone. It will not deactivate your current phone until you log into the new one to your service provider.

    • Answer I had the same issue. I changed it to shipping at the store and received it in 2 days. I'd say if you have a store close by go and ask them if they ship it to you how long it will take, if not the online customer service can help too.
