It is a long story, but I was promised a much higher amount at Best Buy that was not honored by Verizon due to the confusing language in their printed trade-in instruction set and on their website. There were discrepancies and ambiguates that led to misunderstandings both by Best Buy representatives and me that required an inordinate amount of time to resolve. Best Buy did their best to make it right, but they were as frustrated as I was. So, be careful.
