A:AnswerIt probably wasnt unlocked then, you have to pay close attention. If you buy a phone outright (the full price) it is unlocked or CAN be unlocked. Phones arent unlocked until the whole thing is paid. Mine was unlocked, i bought from best buy, and use straight talk for the service.

A:AnswerEvery time you get a new cell from any company. You can only use your cell whith them. If you change to another company they have to unlock your phone or you can but they will have to give you the code authorization. Better unlocked you can activated to any company even out of the country.
