how do you use the $100 gift card that comes with the galaxy s6 during checkout? hello guys. i'm trying to figure out if i can use the free $100 gift card that comes with the galaxy s6 when you purchase it online. since its $199 for a two year agreement, how can i use the $100 gift card towards the phone during checkout, it doesn't give me an option.

I couldn't use my credit on the phone when I purchased it in the store. I could only apply it to the accessories, case and screen protector.

In the store... The gift card is taken off the total bill before you pay. I was able to get my S6 for free after the Verizon discounts and gift cards from Best Buy. $0 out of pocket for 2 Galaxy S6s.

Online... Just go to the local store or call for assistance!

Probably not possible with online purchase, but it can definately be done in store, as my local Best Buy did it for me. If this isn't an option, you could try calling Best Buy and purchasing it over the phone, in which case you might be able to redeem it right away.

it takes a day for the gift card they issue you to become active, or if ordering online they send it to you to your address. In other words, unfortunately I don't believe you can use it towards your purchase of the phone as I tried to do that in store one time and thats the information they gave me.

The gift card prints AFTER you pick up the phone instore. They don't give you the gift card until you get the phone in your hands. I don't think you can use it to purchase the phone. Sorry!
