“Verizon contract I have a iPhone 4s/contract. Can I update and continue with my current contract. Is there an activation charge thru Best Buy or Verizon?”

If you still have a contract through the same carrier you shouldn't have to pay the activation fee. All your doing is switching over phones.

Of course you can stay with you contract but if you're upgrading Best Buy actually this time you can get a coupon

if you want the phone and want to continue your contract without signing a new agreement, you would have to pay full price, but verizon now has a feature that allows you to pay monthly for the phone. And yes Verizon has a $35 dollar activation fee
