- Answer I bought the AT&T phone and notified them and after 3 days received a code from AT&T and had the phone unlocked.

- Answer As long as you don't buy it under contract, you can just pick up a gophone sim and pop it in.

- Answer It's locked to AT&T however locked AT&T phones do work on Cricket. I've tried this myself and it does work. Just know you need a active AT&T sim (postpaid or GoPhone) to get Android Updates.
