With how the edge is on the phone cases can still fit on it the screen just curves on top it doesn't go down the side. I have a case with a cover on it and even when the flap is closed I can still see the edge and it is protected.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got a case by Versus. I think it is called a Thor case or something like that. It does not cover the edge but has the shock absorbing interior and then a hard shell that seems to be mostly decorative around the outside. Obviously the front of the phone is not really well protected but corners and the back of the phone where it seems to hit most often when I drop it are covered and it seems pretty durable. I have had no issues.
