A:Answer Most likely not. The phones are locked to only accept the carriers SIM card. For example, if you buy an AT&T version of the phone, even if its unactivated, it wont take another carriers SIM card. There are sites out there that will unlock phones but typically all the features wont work with another service provider. Also, if you manage to get an unlocked phone you need to make sure it operates on the same frequency as the carrier you intend to use it with in Argentina.
