- Answer You can buy the phone outright and just pay month by month. If you choose to lease or pay for it monthly, then there is a 24 month installment agreement.

- Answer We had a sprint 2 year contract with only one phone available to upgrade. We were able to upgrade all three phones with sprint and have our monthly payment remain close to the same. Go to the store and talk to an associate. Best buy is really good at giving you options along with the pricing.

- Answer Mine did not qualify for an upgrade. However, I chose a cheaper priced plan for the exact services which ironed out. They also gave me a $150 gift card to use at BestBuy which was not hard to do.

- Answer 49.99 is just for the taxes. The 25 a month is the difference you pay a month between your last bill and your new bill. In other words 25 is what you are actually paying for the phone each month. The rest is your monthly bill. I hope this helps.
