“I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930UZKAXAA. After 2 hours with Verizon Tech Support, we can't figure out how to activate Advanced Calling to allow WiFi calling (no icon can be found). How do I activate this feature?”

If Verizon is anything like ATT you most likely will not be able to use wifi calling. You need to have HD Voice and that's not included with the unlocked version, it's a feature at least with ATT that only comes with their branded phones.
