Is this new or refurbished null

It is new, but I recommend you have it delivered directly to you by Best Buy. I opted to order on line and pick up at my local store, and initially received the last S7 they had which was obviously a demo unit. Since I picked it up in the store, I had to return or replace it at any Best Buy, and was lucky to find the brand new one at a store 40 minutes away. I wasn't happy about the additional wasted time, but eventually received what I paid for.
