• This product works well as a phone but it is still subject to reception issues and dropped calls as any other phone.

• I have had the phone approx a month and a half and it has not dropped a single call.

• Had phone for about 3 weeks and seems to work fine. Reception is just as good as my previous phone which was a Nokia N8.
