Only if there is a deal going on. You have to check your weekly Ad as sometimes Best Buy is doing that and sometimes they are not.

sometimes it does, it depends on what special samsung is offering at the time you purchase it, right now they are doing a free activity watch thing

They were running the promotion when I got my phone in the beginning of June but not sure how long that lasted, if it was a time limited or supply limited thing maybe?

We purchased 3. They didn't come with the free VR, they came with Samsung tvs (3, one per phone). My co-worker has one as well and his came with the free VR. I suppose it depends where you purchase them.
