You just have to wait each week. Sale prices fluctuate and when the holidays come around, you may be able to get the phone for a dollar with 2 year activation. Don't quote me on that but just guessing according to market trends. With the Galaxy Note 7 about to release, only makes sense that the other models would drop in price.
