• It did when I purchased mines on Nov.26,2016 The bad part was that Best Buy NEVER gave me the 400 I only recivd 250 and it took a month to get that...I only purchased the phone for the e-gift card to give my son for Christmas...I was very upset

• It did for me! We purchased 4 of them on Xmas Eve and walked away with $400 gift cards for each... didn't know I would be billed $749.99 for each as installments for the next 2 yrs... don't know if it was worth it for the gift cards???

• Depends on which promotion is running when you upgrade. I did and received $200 for trade in and $250 for getting new phone but that was the promo when I got it.
