LTE is true 4G so you are already getting real 4G. HPSA+ is a faster version of the 3G standard. The phone will sometimes go to the 3G network when the LTE network is not strong enough at a specific location but it should roll back to LTE once the LTE signal get stronger. You can set in the phone under the Network mode setting to just operate on the LTE network, which is what I have done to keep it off the 3G network.
