- Answer Mine only got warm at the back the first time I turn on the phone while it was upgrading to 7.0 nougat and after that it's running normal, it never get warm again..

- Answer The current security patch is as of Dec 1, 2016 not monthly like it should be. Might be on quarterly cycle so next patch should be in March, 2017 - hopefully. Still on Marshmallow with no Nougat in sight. Phone is already outdated.
