• It should as there is no carrier lock to it. Key word, "should". And by default the phone is GSM capable, but it's not placed in the GSM location in Best Buy with all other GSMs; instead in the SAmsung Experience area. Our Samsung rep noted that it is capable of being taken to any carrier in or out of the US. We shall see when we do our overseas travels.
