• Yes, if you get a factory unlocked phone. In Mexico you will need a new carrier and they will provide the proper SIM card. But be sure you have a phone that supports GSM carriers. Factory unlocked phones do, but a phone from Verizon will not. Check, check and double check. Even the phone company sales people can be misleading.
