You will have to call customer support and give them the S8's EMIE and the sim card's serial number, since it is not a Boost branded phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to call Boost Mobile and purchase a Samsung SIM card from them. Once they activate it, it is no longer unlocked. It’s then locked onto Boost. This is what Boost costumer service just told me. Super disappointing, since I just paid more for this unlocked one. I am switching from iPhone to Samsung. You probably can just switch your samgsung sim into it if you already have a sumsung, but I’m assuming as soon as Boost activates it, you will run into the same issue of them locking it. Lame.
