This is a Samsung only promo. If you don't trade in the device within 14 days Samsung will retroactively charge your card back for the trade-in and second device cost. Best Buy doesn't do that so only Samsung will. It's a wash though because at Best Buy you can get great gift card deals, but with Samsung you'll get the second phone for free.
