That would depend on how much you have paid off of your current phone. Usually, if you want to move to a new phone before your agreement is up, you have to pay the remaining balance off of your phone, then you can upgrade.

You need to wait 24 or 30 months in order to get a new phone. Or pay the previous phone off outright and you can become eligible again.
