If your credit is good, then they will let you purchase it, but if it is poor, or if you have just established some form of credit, you will most likely need to pay a down-payment. Or, you can buy the phone outright, and they won't check your credit.

had this happen to me did it on a pc at home and no problem might be a glitch for mobile website I had note edge using chrome when it happened to me
chrome on windows 10 was fine

If you aee doing an upgrade, make sure you use your 4 digit PIN and enter it correctly.
