From the fine print that I read - no - you have to purchase the phone at the listed monthly payments. Verizon is 17 dollars and some change. There is 0 percent financing on it. The AT&T is buying one get one free for DirecTV customers, and one line must be a new line. The outright purchase is 547.00. There are other fees as well. It was stating that there was a deposit somewhere. The sale price was $420 and the TOTAL price was $720 for the lines. Sounds like the outright purchase of an unlocked phone is better than the locked versions.
