• You should be able to upgrade, the only thing would be your upgrade elegibility. You can check here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/verizon-phone-upgrade/ Another issue could be if your on the phone payment option, you would have to meet your payment agreement before Vzw would let you upgrade. Last option would be to talk with Best Buy Wireless, or a Verizon direct store. Good luck, n have fun!
