• I purchased my Galaxy 5 straight from Verizon and my new 8+ from Best Buy; both were financed through your Verizon account adding about $25/month until it's paid off (about 2 years). This seems to be the "new norm" for phones.

• Yes you can, I just purchased one that way. The down side is if it is on sale for $150.00 off this week, and next week it is $200.00 off Best Buy will not match the lower price.
