They look to see your upgrade capability, and then go on with the sale. The reps at Best Buy can’t make changes to your plan as far as I know.

A:AnswerApparently quite a while. We ordered phones before going on vacation and it was a couple weeks before we got it done. I recommend buying the phone at the store because it can be a challenge to get it done at home at times.
