“After I go through to order the Samsung Galaxy S8. It says , those customers upgrading with a 2yr contract who have an unlimited data package will be enrolled in the Verizon 2Gdata plan for that line for $30.00/month. Has this happened to anyone?”

I suggest going into the Best Buy store and having them do it because I have an old unlimited (uncapped) data plan and I was able to keep my old plan.
