U always need to add a new line to get the free phone. And by free it means 740 credit that appers on ur bill. So if phone cost 940 u pay tje difference. Its like gettong both phones for 1000 bicks stkll 500 a phone but not 900. And some carriers will let u put the new phone on wjatever line u want, so u can put the phone on whoever has the oldest phones. I gave my younger son an s7 for new line and put the new phones on my older kids lines.
