- Answer i think you have to finance some amount with the carrier to get the free phone.my phone was 912.00 less$300.00=$612.00.i used my bb card for $600.00 getting reward points. then financing $12.00 with verrizon for 24 months= .50 cents per month.still getting second phone free.will pay bb off in first month..

- Answer I had the same question and they told me when i send my S7 Edge in and they see the phone in working condition is when you will recieve full price back on your account. Now if you still owe on your phone that money is used to pay off whatever is owed then whats left will be added to your account. I will find this out when i get mine and send it in as well. I owe $390 still and they just pay off and i loose the 300 for the edge trade in as long as your able to upgrade. Me being on an edge plan i am able to upgrade every year after a years worth is paid off. If your on a normal plan you will not be able to upgrade until second year. If you still owe on phone online will not show a trade in option on verizon i found out and shows old phone i had. Hope this helps.

- Answer My wife is getting hers from Tmobile tomorrow. I preordered mine a week ago from bestbuy and haven't had word of it yet. I think we wont get it early and have to wait till the 16th.

- Answer If you are trading in an older phone for store credit then that credit won't be applied to your account for 2 to 3 months. If I were you I would only pay $500 using your gift certificate. Best Buy will end up giving you a couple of new gift cards you can use later anyways

QuestionI went to the Best Buy store to preorder the S9+ (03/02/2018). I told the guy I wanted the $100 deal. He did all the process, but when I got the order confirmation on my email, it showed $912 rather than $812. Will I still get the $100 off on 03/16?

- Answer The information on the website states that the $100 will be taken off over the length of 24 months or 30 which ever you choose i.e $33 instead of $38. I hope this helps.

- Answer You go in bestbuy they do their magic ordering phone and doing the upgrade stuff on your account, no money down. When phone comes in they will call you to come in. Once there they print out instructions on how to send phone back to verizon. Not sure if have to pay anything when you get there, guess depends on your account info. Once verizon receives phone and its in working condition they are the ones who determine if you get full amount for trade in.

- Answer I am considering upgrading from the S-8+ to the S-9+ too. I am going to pay off my S-8+ and sell it myself. I can get more than $350 because I am adding an Otterbox case, OEM fast charger, invisashield screen protector, and the $90 AKG earphones that came with the S- 8+. You will get the AKG'S with the new S-9+ I bought my S-8+ last July for $516 on sale. I owe less than the $350 trade-in credit. I haven't really researched how much more I will get by selling it on my own.
