You go in bestbuy they do their magic ordering phone and doing the upgrade stuff on your account, no money down. When phone comes in they will call you to come in. Once there they print out instructions on how to send phone back to verizon. Not sure if have to pay anything when you get there, guess depends on your account info. Once verizon receives phone and its in working condition they are the ones who determine if you get full amount for trade in.
