- Answer Contact Samsung Directly. Your phone should be under warranty. BB may have repair facilities or may be able to coordinate with Samsung but that is dependent on the people you work with.

- Answer Thats a catch 21 it will be semi you will just have to stick in sim card your self and call them to confirm that you have recieved it so forth like what you do with a new credit card in mail.

QuestionAfter paying off the 17.49 for the 24 months , Is that it or must I pay anything extra for being on the plan ?? I ask because TMobile makes you pay more monthly payments for being on a plan after you pay the phone off.
