How do I get internet on my tab 3 without wi fi When not in wi fi area, do I need a dongle or ? to connect to the internet. It does not seem to take a sim card, like a phone. Only had this week ago, still learning on it.

You can connect to a Wi-Fi signal if your phone has a data plan. Additionally, some Tablets available through certain carriers may have cellular service built-in.

But this model has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity only, so for some online features, a Wi-Fi signal would be necessary with this model.

Most likely You can use wifi in conjunction with your phone. Most smartphones feature hotspot Capabilities. You can also check with your wireless provider about mobile hotspot devices. Make sure you understand the data usage plan and enjoy... Don't go over your plan or it could be expensive. I do believe there is a more expensive model that features a SIM slot... But I think the hotspot is cheaper and you can use with more devices
