What I did was use smart switch plus I use Google photo(s) which is the best to me because Google Photo(s) opens on Android or IOS (iPhone) when you sign on to your Gmail! So sign on to your Gmail mail and set up your photos to save them. Storage is unlimited! On the Apps you may not get all of them because of the operating systems have/do not have all the same Apps! But Android has more free Apps with some restrictions... i e; A fav on Apple may not be available on Android! Take your time! YouTube can help you, too!
