A:Answer Yes, I bought both of mine as open boxes, within 2mths of each other and NOT ONE ISSUE with either one still appeared to be new in the box everything was there even the inserts. The Samsung rep at BestBuy was amazing in the first purchase, so much so that when I went back for a second one, thinking it would be a new one at full price she was there and told me she just so happened to have a second open box & it is& was as perfect in performance and in brand new status in every way as the first. Also I always get the Geek accident insurance {really cheap} so I felt I had nothing to lose either way.. hope it helps
