• SD cards have nothing to do with cellular use. If you mean a SIM card, then the answer is no.

• This model T580 is Wi-Fi only but does have a microSD card slot for additional storage up to 200 GB. There is another model T585 that does have cellular bands but I don't know what markets it's in or even if it's available as yet.

• Yes it does have a micro SD slot. The only time I used my tablet in conjunction with my cellular data plan was to use my phone for a mobile hotspot. It worked like a charm :) I have Sprint Unlimited, if that makes any difference.
