- Answer No this model can not be used for cellular data. It is wifi only. If you are interested in a cellular version, contact AT&T or a member of Best Buy's mobile center and they can hook you up with one that compatible with cellular service. I have the Galaxy Tab S4 through Verizon.

- Answer Yes. Works great. I use a Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse for maximum efficiency, but using just your finger works, but is not optimal.
