Regarding the Touch ID, there are no fingerprint scanner on this tablet so no Touch ID.

A:AnswerI don't think you can. First, it doesn't have the supported software built into it and also the display is different from the Note devices.
I tried to test out this theory using a Samsung Galaxy Pen from Note 7 (I missed that device) but the tablet didn't even notice it.
