• This is WiFi only so nothing to "unlock" and you can connect to any WiFi (as long as you have the password). If you have T-Mobile, turn on your phone's Hotspot and connect your tablet to that mobile WiFi hotspot (or any other WiFi hotspot, like Starbucks, or your friend's place, or your home, etc.). If there is no WiFi, then there is no connection to the internet.
