• Yes. If you have a Windows computer, you can access the files on your tablet directly in Windows Explorer. However if you have a Mac you'll need to get an app (like Android File Transfer) to be able to see your files. This applies to all Android devices, not just this tablet. Or if your tablet supports Bluetooth you could use that instead.

• Yes. Just connect the USB C cable to the computer to add files to pictures, movies, music etc.folders directly.
