I had one update come through and all seemed to go very well. If you are having a consistent problem with it loading after it comes across the network I would give a call to Samsung support, They may be able to give you a way to load it or tell you it needs help. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried to take it back to best buy and have your Samsung rep in the Samsung Experience Store try and flash it? That is typically one of the solutions offered by Samsung support. They should be able to update your system software without forcing a factory reset.
