“I am an my 2nd tab. This current one was purchased in march 2016. I am experiencing the same issue. The charger will not connect to charge. The end in tab is not centered. Niw what? HELP”

• If it's the charger that's not working buy a new one. If it's the tablet maybe see about getting the charger port replaced

• The problem you describe implies a problem present as soon as you purchased your tablet. So, the obvious solution is to take it back to the store and exchange or return your tablet. I presume you are aware that the connector on the cord from the charger can only be inserted one way; it cannot be inserted upside down.
