• Yes, it comes with Microsoft Word, Excel and powerpoint. No cost.

• It does come with Microsoft Word. It is a basic version but does seem to do everything necessary.

• yes. the Microsoft Office apps are included. If for some reason they aren't, you could download them from the app store.
