Nook, Kindle, Google Books.... There are a bunch of e book apps that will run on the Tab A. I will say that depending on the type of books you own your experience may vary (ie audio books under Nook have some compatibility issues running on non Nook devices) I personally say go for it. Get the tablet and install your account. If you were to have any issues, best buy's return policy will take care of that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about the Nook app but the Kindle app works just like as if it's a Kindle

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it absolutely does! I have hundreds of books. My previously purchased books loaded right in when I signed in. Everything is stored in the cloud until you are ready to read, and then you just download it to your device. It saves a lot of device space by handling the material this way. You can also use the free Kindle app. Always check prices as they are not the same at both retailers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely! Nook app works better on my Galaxy Tab A than on a Nook reader. Kindle as well. So far, I haven't found anything that doesn't work well on the A.
