Can be be used as a cell phone? null

I wouldn’t The tablet is very slow and locks up a lot. It is not dependable. You may have an app open when making a call and the tablet could lock up. You would loose your call and have to wait until the tablet starts working again. Even after multiple restarts the tablet locks up when the same app run fin on my iPhone.
