Does series A have the capability to print? null

I print with an Epson utility that came with my network capable printer. I suggest that you look on the play store as there are multiple apps for printing from Android devices.

Yes, I print from my Galaxy Tab A but I had to download the HP eprint app to be able to do it. It is a little slow to print since it goes through the cloud.

You can use Printershare from the Google play store. It costs a couple of dollars but is well wort it.
