• I'd say it depends on the person. while a phone is always handy, I prefer by far studying, researching, googling on the tablet. there's a lot more space for viewing. I don't put games on my phone so I use the tablet for that. I prefer also, to print from the tablet and watch an occasional video like how to fix the dryer from the larger screen tablet. (We did fix the dryer ourselves!)

• The Tab A is a good companion to the S8, as it will run most of the same apps. That being said, there isn't anything the Tab A does that the S8 is incapable of.
